Management
Tenacity Real Estate Group specializes in investment, development
and redevelopment of real estate in Asia, with a focus on Greater
China. Tenacity also operates a Real Estate Asset Management business
which actively manages a portfolio of properties valued at over
US$500 million.
Cross-Sector Investment and Asset Management
Tenacity Capital Management Limited ("TCM") is an asset
management and trading company which invests in public and private
debt and equity securities. TCM also facilitates the sales and trading
of certain commodities to help fulfill the sourcing needs of our
industry partners in the Greater China region.
Merchant Banking and Corporate Advisory
LJ Capital Asia is a joint venture between the Tenacity Group and
LJ Capital, which principally seeks private equity and special situations
opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. LJ Capital Asia (HK) Limited,
a wholly-owned subsidiary within LJ Capital Asia, is a licensed
corporation under the Securities & Futures Commission in Hong
Kong which provides investment banking and corporate advisory services.
